高温锻炼定向选育病毒唑高产菌的研究

The directional screening ribavirin high producing bacteria through high-temperature exercise

利用嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌酶促法生产病毒唑，经高温锻炼，得６５℃最适生长菌群Ｇ０，它对肌苷的病毒唑产率为原菌株的８倍。初筛后ＧＦ２０株病毒唑的产率达６２．２５％，为原菌株的２７倍。

Ribavrin was enzymatically synthesized by Bacillus stearothermophilus. Throuhg high-temperature exercises, Bacillus stearothermophilus G0 which optimal temperature was 65℃ was obtained. Ribavirin productivity from inosine by the strain G0 was 8 times higher than the primary strain. Through the first screening, the strain GF20was obtained, ribavirin productivity by the strain G20was 62.25% which was 27 times higher than the primary strain.
