摘要
对蜜蜂工蜂驱体的粗蛋白和氨基酸组成的测定，证实蜂体不但是一种高蛋白食物，而且是一种营养价值较高的优质蛋白食物，所含必需氨基酸构成比例与人体所必需的氨基酸组成非常接近，氨基酸分达９５．６。
he crude protein and the amino acid compositien of worker bee were determined. It was found that honey bee hody was rich in protein whose amino acid composition was similar to that of humom body.
