P转位子诱变的果蝇心脏发育基因的突变(Ⅱ)──第3染色体基因突变 被引量:3

摘要 本文报道了利用P转位子诱变果蝇心脏发育基因第3染色体的基因突变的部分结果.利用P转位子诱变,共建立了259个第3染色体隐性致死基因平衡系,其中26个品系表现有心脏突变表型,2个品系同时具有P转位子在心脏组织的特异LacZ表达,表明这2个品系的P转位子可能插入到与心脏发育有关的基因中或这些基因的附近,因此。 In this paper we report some results that induced gene mutation of Drosophila on chromosome 3 by single Pelement insertional mutagenesis. By single Pelement insertional mutagenesis, we have established 259 recessive lethal gene balanced systems located on chromosome 3 of Drosophila. There are 26 balanced systems which could be observed some mutant phenotype in heart progenitor cells, and there are 2 more recessive lethal mutant genes could be expressed special lac Z protein in heart tissue. It is suggested that Pelement may be inserted in the middle or nearby genes which related to heart development for these 2 balanced lethal systems, so they should be studied further more.
