摘要
目的运用超声造影定量分析技术评价犬慢性缺血性肾病模型肾皮质血流灌注的改变,并与彩色多普勒血流成像结果相比较。方法健康成年犬5只,用Ameroid环制作犬右肾动脉慢性狭窄模型。每只犬采用建模前后自身对照观察,建模后每隔1周对犬右肾进行超声造影定量分析及彩色多普勒超声检查。采用QLAB定量软件分析犬肾皮质的超声造影灌注参数值;彩色多普勒检测犬肾段动脉血流阻力指数(RI)及峰值流速(PSV)。结果随着犬慢性肾功能损害的发展,其时间-强度曲线(TIC)上升缓慢,下降缓慢,到达峰值时间延迟。其中峰值强度(DPI)和达峰时间(TTP)在建模后第4周出现显著改变(P<0.05)。而彩色多普勒的RI及PSV分别在建模后12周与14周出现显著改变(P<0.05)。结论超声造影定量分析技术和彩色多普勒均能准确反映犬肾慢性缺血性病变的血流灌注变化,但超声造影较彩色多普勒超声更为敏感。
Objective To assess the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) quantitative analysis in chronic ischemic renal disease(CIRD) of dogs by comparing it with traditional color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI).Methods The dog's model of CIRD was established by placing the Ameroid ring on the distal portion of right renal artery through operation.CEUS and CDFI were performed every one week after the operation.Various ultrasonographic quantitative indexes were measured in renal cortex of dogs with QLAB software package(Philips) and statistically analyzed.Resistance index(RI) and peak systolic velocity(PSV) of right renal arteries were also tested.Results With the progress of CIRD,decreased enhancement and delayed perfusion in the time-intensity curve of renal perfusion were found.Earliest significant changes happened 4 weeks after operation on DPI and TTP,while significant changes of RI and PSV could be observed 12 weeks and 14 weeks after operation(P〈0.05).Conclusion CEUS and CDFI can accurately display the perfusion changes in renal cortex of CIRD model of dogs.CEUS is more sensitive than CDFI.
