The Transport and Distribution of JA and ABA in M.micromalus Makino and Their Relaton to Water in Soil

摘要 采用示踪技术探索了JA和ABA在海棠幼苗和技条中的传输分布以及与水分的关系,发现从的行径主要由韧皮部自上而下运输,ABA主要通过木质部由下向上运输。两者均对土壤水分变化敏感,水分亏缺会加速JA向下运输,促进ABA向上运输,推测JA下运除影响根系生长外,可能与根系对根际环境变化的感应以及根源ABA的合成有关。 The transport and distnbution of JA (jasmonic acid) and ABA (abscisic acid) in Malus micromalus Makinoseedling and their responses to water in soil were studied by radoisotope techmque. The results showed tha 3 H-JA was less translocated to mature leaves than ABA, and there was more ANA located in xyem than in Phloem whe they were loaded through root. But when 3 HJA and 3H-ABA were loaded through shoot tip or shoot base,3H-JA was distributed more in root than ABA(Fig. 4)and more in phloem than in xylem (Tabe 1 ). Mereover, there was more radioactivity in agar in the case of shoot with tasipetal transport than that with acropetal transport when fed with 3H-JA (Fig. 1 ). Therefore it indicated that JA was transport mainly via the phloem from shoot to root and ABA mainly hom ot to shoo via xylem. The conclusion tha both JA and ABA were sensitive to waer deficiency can be drawn because their transport rates were increased with a decrease in soil moisture content (Tabe 2 and Fig. 5). It can be supposed that JA may thect met action or relate to ABA biosynthesis.
