摘要
本文以甘草提取物——甘草酸或甘草次酸为原料,采用化学修饰合成了三种甘草次酸的衍生物——甘草次酸甲酯、乙酰甘草次酸甲酯和硬脂酰甘草次酸甲酯,并初步表征了它们的结构及性质。其中由甘草粗皂苷直接制备甘草次酸甲酯的方法及后两种化合物的合成均为首次报道。
Three derivatives (methyl-glycrrhetinate,acetyl methyl-glycrrhetinic ester,stearoyl methyl-glycrrhetinate)of Glycrrhetinic acid,which comes from extract of glycyrrhiza, have been synthesized and characterized in the laboratory. Their structure and composition were determined.
