摘要
透明质酸是临床手术时应用的重要生化药品,也是日用化妆品的原料。本文报道采用分级分离并结合有机溶剂沉淀法,从牛眼中纯化出高纯度透明质酸,较其他方法简便,易形成规模。对提高资源利用率和经济效益有积极意义。
Hyaluronic acid is an important biochemical medicine used in clinical operation. It's also a raw material of daily cosmetics. This paper deals with the way of purifing highly purity hyaluronic acid from ox eye by fractionation and organic solvent precipitation. It is easier to operate and form scale than others. This has a positive significance in improving the utilieation ratio of resources and the economic benefits.
