摘要
通过对褐煤在往复炉排上燃烧特性的分析,有针对性地进行炉排选型、炉膛及炉拱设计、一次风机与二次风机的选取、运行操作,能够实现褐煤在往复炉排上的高效燃烧。文中还对燃褐煤往复炉排锅炉的运行经济性进行了分析。
By analyzing combustion characteristics of the lignite used in reciprocating grate boilers, conclusion can be drawn that if we make rational choice of grate form, furnace and boiler cove design, primary air fan, secondary air fan and operation, efficient lignite combustion in reciprocaling grate boilers would be realized. The paper also analyzes the operation economy of reciprocating grate boiler fired lignite.
