摘要
提出了一种线圈绕于工作缸外的新型磁流变阻尼器。运用ANSYS电磁场有限元分析模块对其进行了静态电磁场分析,通过求得的磁力线分布与磁感应强度分布验证了新型磁流变阻尼器结构的合理性。根据牛顿流体模型和B ingham塑性流体模型,应用MATLAB软件计算出了新型磁流变阻尼器阻尼力随活塞速度、控制电流变化的关系曲线。
A new magnetorheologieal fluid ( MR fluid) damper with exterior coil is designed. The new structure is analyzed based on a static magnetic analysis with the help of the electro-magnetic finite element analysis using software ANSYS. The results which depict the 2D flux lines and the magnetic flux density of MR fluid in flow duct prove the reasonability of the new structure. According to Newtonain fluid and idealized nonlinear Bingham plastic models, the relationship curve of damping force,velocity and the current is created with the help of the software MATLAB.
