摘要
对某型三轮汽车车架进行了有限元仿真分析。建立了以板单元为基本单元的车架有限元模型,利用分析软件对其进行了线性静态分析和模态分析,并将计算结果与试验数据进行对比分析,验证了模型的正确性,为车架结构的进一步动态分析和优化设计奠定了基础。
In order to perform the simulation analysis for some type three-wheel vehicle frame, the FEA model of the frame was established by taking shell as a basic unit. Using FEA software made the linear static and modal analyses. The calculation result was compared and verified by that from the experiment. The model and the results would provide basement for fnrther dynamic analysis and structural optimization.
