YZ4DE柴油机气缸盖螺栓沉孔深度对凸轮轴孔的影响

摘要 以YZ4DE柴油机的凸轮轴孔为研究对象,利用PRO/E三维软件和HyperMesh软件建立结构的实体模型和网格模型,采用3种不同的方案用ANSYS软件进行计算,从而得出不同气缸盖螺栓的沉孔深度对凸轮轴孔的影响。计算结果表明:沉孔深度越大,凸轮轴孔的受力变形越大。这一结论可以给设计人员在设计气缸盖螺栓沉孔深度的过程中提供一定的技术支持。 Entity model and finite element model were studied for YZ4DE diesel engine camshaft hole by application of PRO/E and Hyper Mesh software. The analysis was carried out by three projects. Compared with the three projects, the paper can get the effects of the different depths of bolt hole on the camshaft bore. The results indicate that with the increase of the bolt hole depth,the deformations of the camshaft bore increase too. And it is a good foundation for the engineer to design the depth of the bolt hole.
