摘要
通过系统的理论分析和田间试验,研究、设计出了齿形链式牧草收割机输送系统,输送带线速度达3.59 m/s。为了满足铺放要求,在输送带末端的拨禾轮处增设了弧形铺放导板。在田间试验条件下,试验中牧草输送流畅,铺放整齐,铺放质量高,损失小。
Through systematic theoretical analysis and field tests, a high-speed transferring system of the toothed chain-cutter herbage reaper was invented. The results show that the conveyor belt speed is 3.59 m/s. At the end of the conveyor belt, the arc-shaped plate placement was allocated in order to meet the requirement for the cut-layers of herbage. In field experiments, the system can steadily work with a reliable peformance, good quality of laying and small loss.
