摘要 对重型直喷式柴油机典型多次喷射方案进行了燃烧过程计算,通过与试验结果对比,对计算过程参数进行了修正。计算结果有效反映了不同喷油速率形状、喷射脉冲的油量分配比例和喷射脉冲间隔角对燃烧放热率的影响规律。对多种计算结果进行对比分析,以提高柴油机的平均有效压力和降低压力升高率为目标,总结出多次喷射模式下的喷油规律优化方案。 The combustion process of a heavy duty DI diesel engine with typical split injection was calculated, and simulated parameters were modified through the comparison with experimental results. The calculated results effectively demonstrate the effects of different fuel injection rate, fuel injection pulse and pulse interval on heat release rate. The calculated results can be used to optimize the fuel injection parameters of split injection in order to reach higher effective mean pressure and pressure rise rate.
