摘要
某混合动力客车动力总成一阶弯曲模态频率较低,致使车辆在正常运行过程中发动机二阶激励和电机激励均能激起动力总成弯曲共振的发生。对该动力总成进行了模态测试和有限元分析。结果表明,该动力总成合成箱部分结构刚度明显不足。采用拓扑优化技术针对合成箱进行了结构优化设计,使动力总成一阶弯曲模态频率由75 Hz提高到116 Hz,满足了设计要求。
The hybrid bus with low 1^st bend mode frequency would be liable to cause the power unit bend resonance under excitations of the engine and the electromotor during its running normally. With bend mode test and FEM analysis of the power unit, it is found that rigidity of the composite box is not sufficient enough. The composite box structure was redesigned using topology optimization techniology. The mode test demonstrates the 1^st bend mode frequency of the power unit can be increased from 75 Hz to 116 Hz as required.
