摘要
低速气流时,分别进行了半主动消声器的消声性能理论计算和三维有限元法数值计算。计算结果表明:阀门关闭,半主动消声器能很好地进行低频消声,尤其能进行发动机基频为43 Hz及其3倍频的消声。高速气流时,消声器的内部流场分析表明:阀门打开,增大了流通面积,降低了气流速度,压力损失减少了约6倍,从而有效降低了喷气噪声和湍流噪声。
At low flow attenuation performance of semi-active muffler was computed respectively by using theoretical formula and three-dimension finite element method. The results show that the semi-active exhaust muffler has a better attenuation performance at low frequency, when the valve is closed, and especially it can process basic frequency 43Hz and its octave frequency noise attenuation. The flow field inside a muffler under high gas flow velocity was analyzed. The analytical results show that when the valve is opened, the flow pathway area increases, the gas flow velocity reduces and the pressure loss decreases by about 6 times, which can reduce the gas injection noise and eddy flow noise.
