摘要
[目的]观察复方柴胡制剂对四氯化碳所致急性肝损伤小鼠肝功能的影响.[方法]采用四氯化碳制作小鼠急性肝损伤模型,采用比色分析法测定各组小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)及天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)活性.[结果]与模型组比较,复方柴胡制剂大、小剂量组小鼠血清ALT,AST活性明显降低.[结论]复方柴胡制剂具有改善急性肝损伤小鼠肝功能的作用.
OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of the Compounds Chaihu for liver function of acute liver injury of mice induced by carbon tetrachloride （CCl4）. METHODS The acute liver injury model of mice were induced by CCl4. The activities of ALT and AST in serum were measured by colorimetric method af ter treatment with the Compounds Chaihu. RESULTS The activities of ALT and AST in the Compounds Chaihu group were obviously lower than that in the model group. CONCLUSION The Compounds Chaihu has the protective effects of liver function in the acute liver injury of mice.
