摘要
[背景]探讨营养支持在重症高龄呼吸功能不全病人中的应用效果.[病例报告]将60例高龄重症呼吸衰竭病人随机分为肠内营养(EN)组和肠外营养(PN)组,每组各为30例,在摄入相等热量和氮量的条件下进行比较.结果示EN组患者血清白蛋白及氮平衡方面明显优于PN组,人工呼吸支持时间及临床费用亦少于PN组,两组患者并发症的发生率间无显著性差异.[讨论]EN可更好地满足高龄重症呼吸衰竭行人工呼吸支持患者的需要,人工呼吸支持时间及费用均较少.
BACKGROUND To observe the effects of enteral nutrition (EN) and parenteral nutrition (PN) in aged patients with severe respiratory failure. CASE REPORTS 60 aged patients with severe respiratory failure were divided into groups of EN and PN, 30 cases in each group, and it was compared between two groups under the condition of intaking equal amount of calorie and nitrogen. The albumin and nitrogen balance in group of EN was superior to group of PN, and the time of mechanical ventilation and treatment cost were lower in group of EN than in group of PN. There was no statistical difference in the complication rate between two groups. DISCUSSION of aged p time and The EN can be more preferable satisfying the needs atients with respiratory failure in mechanical ventilation, and reduces the mechanical ventilation treatment cost.
