浅析高等院校职务犯罪

Analysis of Duty Crime in University

近年来,高校职务犯罪呈现高发和多发态势,已成为影响我国高等教育健康发展的一个不可忽视的因素。预防高校职务犯罪必须从其自身特点入手,找准原因,制定出行之有效的预防对策。

Abstract： In recent years, there has been a great increase of duty crime in universities, which has badly effected the development of the university. This paper analyses the characteristics and causes of the duty crimes, and gives some preventive proposals on these crimes.
