从心肾相关探讨干细胞移植治疗冠心病心衰的中医理论内涵

冠心病病机为本虚标实,以肾虚为本,故补肾为临床常用治法。根据我们前期提出的新理论:"干细胞具先天之精属性,是先天之精在细胞层次的存在形式",并根据干细胞移植治疗心梗的研究进展,认为心肌梗死及心力衰竭、组织坏死属精亏,干细胞移植属直补肾精之法。根据五脏相关理论,我们认为应该以"心肾相关"代替"心肾相交",干细胞是心肾相关在细胞层次的表现形式。

Stem cell transplantation is equal to tonifying renal essence. Based on the theory of Relative Theory Between Fivezang Organs, we think that Relative Theory Between Heart and Kidney is best described than Coordination Between Heart and Kidney. Stem cell is existence formation of Relative Theory Between Heart and Kidney in cell level.
