HPLC测定白术茯苓颗粒中白术内酯Ⅰ的含量

Determination of Atractylenolide I in Baizhu-Fuling Granule by HPLC

目的：建立测定白术茯苓颗粒中白术内酯Ⅰ含量的HPLC方法。方法：采用ZORBAX—C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），以甲醇：乙腈：0．2％磷酸溶液（48：5：47）为流动相，流速0．8mL·min^-1，柱温30％，检测波长222nm．结果：白术内酯1在0．6～12．0μg·ml。浓度范围内行良好线性关系（γ=0．9993），平均加样回收率为98．86％，RSD小于2．0％．结论：本方法简便，快速，准确，重复性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of atractylenolide I in Baizhu - Fuling granule. Method ： The HPLC system consisted of the ZORBAX - C18 （4- 6mm ×250mm, 5μm） column, the mobile phase consisted of Methanol - Acetonitrile -0. 2% H3PO4 （48： 5： 47） , the flow rate was 0. 8mL · min^-1, the column temperature was 30℃, The UV detector was set at 222nm. Results： The linear response range was 0. 6 - 12. 0μg · mL^-1 （γ = 0. 9993）. The average recovery of atractylenolide I was 98. 86%. Conclusions： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable. It can be applied in determination of atractylenolide I in Baizhu - Fuling granule.
