摘要
目的:建立测定白术茯苓颗粒中白术内酯Ⅰ含量的HPLC方法。方法:采用ZORBAX—C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇:乙腈:0.2%磷酸溶液(48:5:47)为流动相,流速0.8mL·min^-1,柱温30%,检测波长222nm.结果:白术内酯1在0.6~12.0μg·ml。浓度范围内行良好线性关系(γ=0.9993),平均加样回收率为98.86%,RSD小于2.0%.结论:本方法简便,快速,准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of atractylenolide I in Baizhu - Fuling granule. Method : The HPLC system consisted of the ZORBAX - C18 (4- 6mm ×250mm, 5μm) column, the mobile phase consisted of Methanol - Acetonitrile -0. 2% H3PO4 (48: 5: 47) , the flow rate was 0. 8mL · min^-1, the column temperature was 30℃, The UV detector was set at 222nm. Results: The linear response range was 0. 6 - 12. 0μg · mL^-1 (γ = 0. 9993). The average recovery of atractylenolide I was 98. 86%. Conclusions: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable. It can be applied in determination of atractylenolide I in Baizhu - Fuling granule.
