傣医药学“风病论”溯源

Traceability of Wind Disease Theory in Traditioanl Dai Medicine

傣医认为"风"与疾病的发生有密切关系,傣医临床"风病"所占比例较大,因而傣医提出"风致百病"的观点及"风病论"之说。但是迄今为止,尚无对傣医学有关"风论"的论述进行的系统研究。对傣族文献、佛教理论及傣医药学著作中有关风的论述进行梳理,探讨风论的发展源流。结论:傣医药学"风"理论的形成经历了直观认识、引入佛教"风"理论、傣佛文化融和及历代傣医药工作者充实升华的过程。是傣族人民在长期生产、生活、医疗实践中医疗知识、医疗经验的积累与佛教医学理论的完美结晶。

It is believed that there is relationship between wind and disease in Traditional Dai medicine. Wind disease accounts for most percentage, so Traadtinal Dai medicine holds that wind leads to numerous diseases. So far, systematic researches on wind disease theory had no beginning. This paper combing Wind Disease Theory in the literature, Buddhist theory, and so on, discussed the developing headstream of wind disease theory. Conclusion： The formation of wind disease theory undergioing process of direct cognition, introducing Buddhist theory, and continual promotion. It is the perfect crystallization between Dai medicine and Buddhist theory.
