虽然FD I通过竞争渠道和前向关联渠道对同行业以及下游行业国有企业产生了负向外部性,但经由后向关联渠道却对上游行业国有企业产生了显著的技术外溢,且净效应为正。上游行业本土企业竞争强度和企业规模越大,都有利于后向技术外溢的产生。

By via competition and forward linkages, FDI has negative spillover to the same and down - river sector＇s state - owned en- terprises, but positive and remarkable spillover to the up - river state - owned enterprises, and the net spillover effect is positive. The farther results show that the competition and scales of up - river sector, will boost the spillover from backward linkages.
