摘要
电调双工滤波器是典型的机电一体化产品,它被广泛应用于军、民品的通信设备中。由于其形式多样、结构复杂、加工难度大,尤其是调试极其困难,故长期以来难以进行批量生产。针对电调双工滤波器中的典型结构形式,通过电磁结构仿真,从中筛选出影响电性能的关键结构因素,针对关键结构要素,展开工艺性分析,制定缜密的加工方案,明确关键工序控制点,并设计必要的工夹具,从而做到了电调双工滤波器少调试甚至免调试,实现了批量生产。
The electrically tuned duplex filter, as a typical integrated electromechanical device, is widely used for communication equipment both in military and civil fields. However, this kind of filter has not been manufactured on a large scale, due to its variety in form, complex structure, difficulty in processing, and especially for the extreme difficulty in adjustment. In this paper, through considering a typical structure of this kind of filter, and through the simulation of its electromagnetic structure, we found the critical structure factors that have great effect on the electrical performance. Furthermore, technological process analyses of the critical factors are performed, and the process schedule as well as the key-process point of control are established. The necessary clamps are also designed. Through these efforts, the adjustment of filter is greatly eased or even avoided and mass production is realized.
