摘要
某型号雷达整机结构复杂,受力形式多样,在研制过程中需要进行多种试验和仿真以验证其性能是否满足使用要求。对其关键部位——前梁也分别进行了应力测试和仿真分析,对比实验测试和仿真分析的数据,发现两者的一致性较好。根据测试和仿真数据可以得出:前梁满足强度指标要求的结论。此次应力测试和仿真取得了预期效果。
During the process of designing and manufacturing of a group of radars, in order to validate the performance engineers need to do many tests. Through stress testing and simulation of the key component--front girder, and by analyzing the data of test and simulation we conclude that the front girder meets intensity requirement.
