摘要
为临床研究和应用激光心肌血管重建术提供解剖学基础,本文在16只杂交犬的心肌梗塞模型上,行CO2激光心肌打孔。术后3或6个月取出心脏,观察不同时间未铸型及铸型激光心肌管道的形态特征。结果表明激光管道心内膜侧管径大于心外膜侧,管道多呈锥形。未铸型激光心肌管道大多数(68%)6个月后仍保持开放;铸型激光心肌管道分光滑型、粗糙型和分支型三种,并与周围“窦状隙”样血管沟通。提示激光心肌管道具有较长期通畅性,激光心肌血管重建术对改善缺血心肌的血液供应是有效的和可行的。
To provide anatomical basis for clinically study and application of laser myocardial revascularization, the CO2 laser was put as a method of creating channels in 16 dogs with myoardial infarction. The morphological feature of noncasting and casting laser myocardial channels were observed in different periods. Results show the diameter of laser channels which were taper in endocardium was larger than in epicardium. Most of the noncasting laser myocardial channels(68%) still kept on opening 6 months later; Casting laser myocardial channels were divided into three types: smooth, rough and branching, which linked up near sinusoid vessles. The paper suggests the laser myocardial channels kept longerterm clear. Laser myocardial revascularization was effective and feasible for improving ischemic myocardial blood
