三叉神经领域本体感觉中枢通路新发现的两个核团(AVM、ADO)的位置、形态及细胞构筑

LOCATION, MORPHOLOGY, AND CYTOARCHITECTURE OF THE NEWLY IDENTIFIED TWO NUCLEI(AVM AND ADO) IN THE TRIGEMINAL PROPRIOCEPTIVE CENTRAL PATHWAY

将HRP溶液注入丘脑腹后内侧核的特定部位，在王百忍等发现的“带状区”（三叉神经本体觉中枢通路的三级神经元所在地）的腹侧部标记出AVM和ADO两个小核团。用图象分析仪研究了此二小核团的形态、位置、细胞构筑和进行了三维重建图象分析；并结合免疫组织化学方法，分化了ADO和AS区的关系。本文的结果确证了AVM、ADO两个小核团的存在，对它们的位置、形态和细胞构筑做了确切的观察，搞清了它们和周围结构的位置关系，为在脑内此二新核团的发现提供了科学且可靠的根据。本研究还对ADO和AS区进行了分化，证明ADO是区别于A5区的独立的小核团。

After injecting HRP into the medial ventroposterior nucleus of thalamus, two small nuclei, AVM and ADO, were labeled in the ventral part of the ribbon area described by Wang and coworkers (the area where the third order neurons of the trigeminal proprioceptive central pathway were located). By using image analysis instruments, the 3-dimensional reconstruction of these two nuclei was done, the morphology, location, and cytoarchitecture were investigated, and with the aid of immunohistochemical technique, ADO was differentiated from AS area. In the result of the present work the existence of AVM and ADO was confirmed their location, morphology and cytoarchitecture were precisely observed, and the relation between these nuclei and surrounding structures was made clear. thus the identification of the 2 nuclei was put on a reliable and scientific basis. Meanwhile in the present work, the differentiation of ADO from A5 area indicated that ADO is an independent nuclei different from A5area.
