摘要
采用多孔介质模型对电除尘器电场内部气流分布特性进行研究,调整气流分布板不同区域开孔率分布,并改变电除尘器本体结构,计算对应工况下电除尘器内部流场压力速度分布,对计算结果进行比较分析,提出最佳斜气流优化方案。结果表明:在进口烟道与电场入口之间加装三块不同开孔率的气流分布板,减小第三块气流分布板最底层的开孔率,可以形成有规律的斜气流,开孔率分布直接影响电除尘器内部斜气流特性。在调整后的开孔率分布下,改变电除尘器本体结构,使入口烟道低于出口烟道,可以优化斜气流型。
The porous medium was performed to investigate the flow characteristic.s of the electrostatic precipitation. By adjusting the porosity on different regions of the plank and changing the configurations of the electrostatic precipitation, the pressure and velocity field was analyzed in the same condition, and the optimization scheme of skewed gas flow was put forward. The results show that three planks with different porosities which are installed between the enter flue and electric field enter and diminish the bottom porosity of the third plank can form smooth skewed gas flow, and the skewed gas flow characteristics of the electrostatic precipitation is affected by the porosity distribution. At the same time, changing the configuration, which make the height of the enter flue lower than the exit one, can obtain the optimization skewed gas flow.
