摘要 并联逆变器要求具有较强的环流抑制能力和较硬的外特性。通过对电感电流瞬时值反馈SPWM逆变器的分析,分别得出了电流内环控制参数、电压外环控制参数对逆变器输出阻抗幅值、输出阻抗角以及外特性的影响。提出了一种逆变器单元控制参数的设计方法,按照该方法设计的逆变器能够很好地抑制环流,同时能实现较硬的外特性。仿真和实验证明了所提出的参数设计方法的正确性。 In the paralleled inverters, the inverter unit should have big equivalent output impedance and rigid output characteristic, since the inverter system need to restrain the circulating current and keep the output voltage constant. The analysis result indicates that the equivalent output impedance and output characteristic is affected by the parameters of the current-loop and voltage-loop in SPWM inverter with instantaneous inductor-current feedback. A simple method for designing the parameters of the inverter unit in paralleled system is proposed. Simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretic analysis.
