摘要
对采用TMCP工艺在实验室热轧研制的Q460qNH钢的耐蚀性能进行研究,采用干湿交替实验室加速腐蚀实验(ACT)和电化学实验测极化曲线研究了Q460qNH的耐蚀性能.与某厂生产的高强度桥梁钢Q460q和耐蚀性能优良的SPA-H耐候钢进行了对比,结果表明Q460qNH钢的耐蚀性能与SPA-H钢的接近,但明显高于Q460q钢;在普通Q460q桥梁钢中加入0.2%~0.3%Cr,0.15%~0.25%Ni,0.2%~0.3%Cu就可以使其耐大气腐蚀性能显著提高.
A high-strength bridge steel, Q460qNH, was newly developed in lab via TMCP technology and its corrosion resistance was investigated through the wet-dry alternating accelerated corrosion tests and polarization curves resulting from electro-chemical experiment. Comparing Q460qNH with the high-strength bridge steel Q460q supplied by a certain steelmaking plant and the high-quality weathering steel SPA-H, the results show that the corrosion resistance of Q460qNH approaches that of SPA-H and is obviously higher than Q460q. The weathering resistance of Q460q can be obviously improved if adding 0.2 % - 0.3 % Cr, 0.15 % - 0.25%Ni,0.2%-0.3%Cu as alloying elements in it.
