摘要
1960年总体规划的制定为加州确立了高等教育的系统化发展模式。从系统化发展的角度来看,总体规划对公立高等教育系统的职能分工、管理与协调、新生招录政策和新建院校方案等问题的论述尤为值得关注,这些构成了高等教育系统化发展模式的理论基石。
A Master Plan for Higher Education in California,1960-1975 established a systematization development mode for California higher education.On the view of systemization,the expatiations about the differentiation of functions,management and coordination,student admissions and the construction of new campuses are the key content of the 1960 Master Plan.Those make up of the basis of the theory about the systemization development mode.
