摘要 分析了一起罐式断路器的雨闪事故。得出,套管的结构高度偏低是造成此次雨闪的主要原因。在3/2接线中,如果采用罐式断路器,当中间断路器套管闪络时,则该断路器所在串连接的线路或变压器的保护均会动作;当靠近母线的断路器套管闪络时,则该母线的保护和该断路器对应的线路(变压器)保护均会动作。提出了防止事故的措施:建议加装硅橡胶增爬裙。 This paper analyzes a rain flashover accident of a tank-type circuit breaker, and finds that insufficient height of the bushing structure is the main reason for the rain flashover. For 3/2 network connection mode, if a tank-type circuit breaker is adopted, the relay-protection of the corresponding transmission line or transformer will be activated when flashover occurs on the intermediate bushing, and the protection of the corresponding bus bar and the line (transformer) with circuit breaker will be activated when flashover occurs on the bushing near the bus. Silicone rubber skirts on the bushing of tank-type circuit breaker is suggested to prevent this kind of accident.
