摘要
固溶处理作为铝合金T6处理的前道工序,在一定温度下保温,使合金元素和低熔点相不断溶入α-A l基体,为后续的时效处理析出强化相作准备,因此,固溶处理时-αA l基体中合金元素的过饱和度将决定着T6处理的强化效果。为了节约能源和制造成本,以A356铝合金为研究对象,通过理论计算和大量试验,得出了540℃固溶温度下最佳的保温时间为2 h。
The solution treating as the first working procedure of T6 treatment for aluminium alloy makes alloy elements and low-melting phases solubrize into α-Al matrix while being soaked at a certain temperature to prepare precipitation of strengthening phases during the sequent aging. Consenquently ,the strenghening result of T6 treatment will be dependent on the supersaturability of alloy elements in α-Al matrix. Taking aluminium alloy A356 as the topic of study, the calculation and test show that the optimum soaking time at solution treating temperature of 540℃ is 2 h.
