The Study on Synthesis and Biodegradability of PBS with Different End-group

摘要 利用熔融溶液相结合的方法,调节反应物比例得到了不同端基的聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)。利用滴定法测定不同样品的羧基值,用乌氏黏度计测定不同样品的特性黏度,降解实验测定降解率随时间的变化情况。结果显示,特性黏度大小的顺序是:等物质的量比(羧基封端(羟基封端,羧值大小的顺序是:羧基封端(等物质的量比(羟基封端,降解率大小的顺序是:羟基封端(羧基封端(等物质的量比。 Through adjusting ratio of reactants, the poly butylene-glycol succinate (PBS) which had different end-group were synthesized by combining melting and solution method. Carboxyl value were obtained by titration method, intrinsic viscosity of different samples were obtained by Ubbelohde viscometer, the characteristics of the degradation rate with changing time were obtained by degradation experiments. The results showed that the order of intrinsic viscosity was equal ratio 〉 carboxyl group terminated 〉 hydroxyl group terminated, the order of carboxyl value was carboxyl group terminated 〉 equal ratio 〉 hydroxyl group termina- ted, and the order of degradation rate was hydroxyl group terminated 〉 carboxyl group terminated 〉 equal ratio.
