摘要
以二氧化碳为发泡剂,高熔体强度聚丙烯(PP)作发泡基体,在PP中引入聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS),同时用马来酸酐改性的PP(PP-g-MAH)来促进PDMS的分散,并使用间歇发泡装置进行实验。结果表明:低温有利于PP/PDMS混合物发泡;PDMS为5.5份时,发泡制品有最好的泡孔形态。
Selecting CO2 as foaming agent and with high melt strength polypropylene (PP) as matrix, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) was blended with PP. The dispersion of PDMS in PP was improved through adding the maleic anhydride grafted onto polypropylene (PP-g-MAH) in the case of batch foaming, the result showed that lower temperature benefit to foaming of PP/PDMS blend. When PDMS content was 5.5 phr, foamed plastics with the optimum cell morphology were obtained.
