摘要
研究了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的自交联行为和在不同条件下自交联效果及其对结构和性能的影响。结果表明,HDPE可以实现自交联,在自交联40 d后凝胶率达到57.9%,材料的拉伸力学性能也随之有一定程度的改善;HDPE自交联40 d后,其拉伸屈服强度从初始的18.49 MPa提高到25.74 MPa,增长了39.2%,相应的断裂伸长率由568.53%降低至27.82%,拉伸弹性模量增长25%。
The behaviors and the effects under different conditions and the influences on structure and performance of self-crosslinking high density polyethylene (HDPE) were studied. It was indicated the self- crosslinking of HDPE could realize. And 40 days later, the gel content of self-crosslinking HDPE reached 57.9%. The tensile mechanical properties could improve to a certain extent with the self-crosslinking process. The tensile yield strength increased from 18.49 MPa to 25.74 MPa and improved 39.2% after 40 days while the elongation at break decreased from 568.53% to 27.82%. Elastic modulus increased about 25%.
