间位聚芳硫醚砜酰胺薄膜性能的研究

摘要 以间位聚芳硫醚砜酰胺(m—PASSA)树脂为膜材料,NMP为溶剂,采用溶液流延方法制备了m—PASSA致密膜,并对其进行了热性能、力学性能、溶解性及红外方面的测试。结果表明:对于不同成膜条件,膜的玻璃化温度Tg均存250℃以上,且随处理温度的升高有所下降;红外及溶解性分析表明成膜前后树脂的分子链结构发生了改变,形成了交联结构;于120~140℃条件下制备的薄膜拉伸强度较好,可达114MPa。 With m-polyarylene sulfide sulfone amide(m-PASSA) resin as the membrane material, NMP as solvent, m-PASSA films were prepared by solution casting method. The thermal behaviors, mechanical properties, solubility and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) of the m-PASSA films were investigated. The results showed that all of the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the m-PASSA films were above 250 ℃ and the Tg of the films declined as the treated temperature increased. Fourier transform infrared spec- trometer (FrlR) and solubility analysis showed that chain structure changed into crosslinking structure after film forming, the tensile strength could reach 114 MPa when the heating treatment temperature was 120 -140 ℃.
