近年来在乙型肝炎治疗中出现对核苷类药物耐药的问题。此文主要介绍核苷类药物在HBV感染中的应用、HBV对核苷类似物耐药性的产生机制、检测方法和减少耐药产生的措施。

In recent years, some HBV strains resistant to nucleoside analogs have occurred in the treatment of hepatitis B. This review summarizes the application of nncleoside analogs in the treatment of HBV infection, the mechanism, detection and control methods of the resistance to nucleoside analogs.
