摘要
结核病是由结核杆菌引起的一种流传广、危害大的传染病。目前,结核病在全球的流行越来越严重,是导致成年人死亡的主要传染病之一,也是艾滋病感染群体的首位致死原因。为了控制结核病蔓延,目前迫切需要一种特异、高效的新型抗结核病疫苗及其免疫策略。异源初免-加强免疫策略为预防结核病带来了新希望。此文综述了BCG初免的异源加强疫苗及其免疫策略的研究进展。
Tuberculosis(TB) is a prevalent and harmful infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Nowadays, TB is more and more seriously prevalent worldwide, and remains one of the main infectious diseases for adult death as well as the leading cause of death among AIDS patients. There is an urgent need to develop a new specific and efficient vaccine against TB and immunization regimen for TB control. The heterologous prime-boost immunization strategy brings a promise for TB prophylaxis. This review will discuss research advances in heterologous boost vaccines for Bacillus Calmette-Guerin prime immunization and its immunization regimen.
