摘要
研究在电网对水电站各时段出力要求情况下的梯级水电站短期优化调度问题,建立了优化运行模型,并用逐步优化算法求解。结合实际算例,通过对比在单一电价及在分时电价和峰谷出力比约束情况下的梯级水电站各个时段的发电量和收入,认为此模型使得梯级电站更加可靠,符合电厂和电网双方的利益,表明了模型的合理性、可行性及实用性。
The issue on short-term optimal dispatch for cascade hydropower stations based on peak/valley output ratio restrictions from the power grid was studied, and the model of short-term optimal operation was established which was then solved by POA algorithm. Based on a calculation example, the electricity amount generated and income obtained by the cascade hydropower station with and without peak/valley output restrictions from the power grid were compared, and the result proved the developed model effective.
