Abstract First,the macro institutional analysis on China′s economic growth in 1984 1995 was made;then,four institutional variables were shown;and finally.the quantative relation between these variables and economic growth were measured.The author holds that owing to a wide leeway for the change of macro institution,this factor will still be an important driving force for future economic growth of our country.
