经过几年的不断努力,完善了舒心病房的运行模式,建立了保障模式、职能整合分工模式、排班模式、服务模式等。由于该运行模式不仅为运行提供了保障、构建了基础,还为运行增加了内涵、注入了活力。因此,提高了患者和医生对护理工作满意度及护理质量,减少了投诉、术后住院天数,降低了院内感染率。

After continuing effort for several years,the nursing management mode was improved and set up in the comfortable wards,such as ensuring mode,responsibilities mode,scheduling mode,service mode and etc. This management mode provided assurance,built foundation,increased connotation and vigour for the running of comfortable ward,and thereby increased the patients＇ and doctors＇ satisfaction,improved the quality of nursing,reduced patient complaints,shortened hospital days and reduced hospital infection rate.
