摘要
社会保障是我国一项重要的社会经济政策,关系着亿万劳动者的切身利益和经济社会的全面协调可持续发展。我国的社会保障制度已有50多年的历史,经历了3个大的发展阶段。经过多年的改革探索,我国各项社会保障制度,如养老保险、失业保险、医疗保险和工伤保险等,均取得了重大突破和进展。但是,在我国人口老龄化、城镇化和就业方式多样化的国情下,现有社会保障体系表现出在保障公平性、适应流动性和保证可持续性等方面的不足。为此,要从国情实际出发并借鉴国外有益经验,建立健全中国特色的社会保障体系。
Social security is an important socio-economic policy in China, concerning the vital interests of hundreds of millions of workers and the overall coordination of economic and social sustainable development. China's social security system is more than 50 years of history, and has undergone three major stages of development. After years of reform and exploration, China's social security system, such as pension insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance and industrial injury insurance, and etc. , has achieved a major breakthrough and progress. However, in the context of China's aging population, urbanization and employment diversity, the existing social security system demonstrates the deficiency in protecting fairness, adapting to mobility and ensuring sustainability. On these accounts, it is essential to learn useful experience from foreign countries, and improve the social security system with Chinese characteristics according to the actual situation in China.
