摘要
从6063铝合金化学成分控制,均匀化退火、挤压系数选择、铝棒加热温度、淬火温度和速度、拉伸变形量控制、时效工艺选择等方面,结合本厂生产实际,分析了影响6063铝合金型材强度的因素及生产中采取的措施。
The factors which affect the strength of 6063 aluminum alloy profile are analyzed from the aspects of chemical composition control,homogenization annealing, extrusion factors, heating temperature of aluminum bars, quenching temperature and speed, stretching deformation control and aging process and combining with production practice. The measures taken during production are put forward.
