论中国人口较少民族的发展——基于科学发展观的思考

On the Development of Ethnic Groups with Relative Small Population in China

包括人口较少民族在内的少数人的发展问题越来越受到现代社会的重视。为了促进我国人口较少民族的发展,我国政府在20世纪90年代进行了前期调研和论证,并很快出台了相关的政策措施。人口较少民族的发展特殊而富有意义,应以科学发展观为指导,选择多样发展的道路,实现全面、快速的发展,早日完成由外源型发展向内源型发展的转型。

The issue of ethnic minority group development, including those minorities with small population,has now been paid much attention by the society. The state government carried out an investigation and argumentation to promote the development of ethnic minority groups with small population and soon published relative policy and measures. The development of small population ethnic groups is of special significance hence should be guided by scientific developing view and selecting various approaches so as to realize the transition from external oriented to internal oriented development in full-scale.
