民族地区城市经济发展的特点及对策研究

Characteristics and Countermeasures of Urban Economic Development in Ethnic Minority Region

城市经济是民族地区经济发展的龙头和核心。民族地区城市经济发展具有的服务业比重虚高、工业以资源开采和初级加工为主、生态环境压力大等特点,决定了其城市经济发展既不能走传统老路,亦不能照搬东部发达地区经验,须从优化城市产业结构、创新城市发展模式、培育和壮大特色产业、打造特色产业链,以及统筹兼顾全面发展,走可持续之路等方面,探索适合民族地区城市经济发展之路,加快民族地区城市经济发展的步伐。

Urban economy in ethnic minority areas is the core and leading content of economic development.The economic development in cities of the ethnic minority areas has the features, such as service industry takes an edema proportion, resource exploition and primary processing are the main industries with high ecological environment protection pressure. Owing to these features, the development of urban economy cannot take traditional route, nor duplicating the experiences of the eastern development model. Instead, it has to explore its own sustainable development model from the approaches to optimize the industrial structure, innovate patterns of urban development, nurture industries with unique characteristics, encompass the characteristics of industries, build the industrial chain with their own characteristics; as well as integrate all-round development, and explore the suitable development way and speed up the steps of urban development in minority regions.
