睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的护理文献计量学分析

Bibliometrics analysis of nursing care of sleep apnea syndrome patients

目的对我国睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的护理研究发展情况进行文献计量学分析。方法以“睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、护理”为主题词通过计算机检索中国医学科学院医学信息研究所出版的《中国生物医学文献数据库）（1989年1月-2008年12月），对检索出的所有文献从文献类型、出处、年代和研究内容等方面进行统计分析。结果有关睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的护理文献逐年增多，因地域分布、研究方向、研究对象等的不同，研究内容涉及多个方面，尤其近5年，相关护理文献显著增多。结论睡眠呼吸暂停综合征是一个重要的公共卫生问题，应从多方面对其展开更深入的护理研究。

Objective To comprehend the development situation of nursing research on sleep apnea syndrome in China. Methods CBMdisc search was conducted to retrieve the papers published from January 1989 to December 2008 by the key words of ＂sleep apnea syndrome,nursing care＂. The type,source publication,publication year and research content of all papers were analyzed by bibliometrics. Results The number of the papers in nursing care of sleep apnea syndrome increased year by year. It was different in region distribution,research direction,object of study and so on,so research contents involved in many factors. The related nursing literature increased especially in the recent five years. Conclusions Sleep apnea syndrome is an important public health problem,and the related nursing research should be carried out in an overall dimension.
