护理本科教育中加强对护士核心能力的培养可通过确立护士核心能力内涵、改革培养方案和课程设置、遵循能力本位原则改革教学方法和教学手段、运用合理的评价方法等4个路径来实现。

The four pathways could strengthen the cultivation of nursing core competence in undergraduate nursing education,which included giving a definition of nursing core competence,innovating cultivation program and curriculum,reforming teaching methods and means under the principle of ability orientation ,and applying appropriate evaluation approaches.
