华东地区军队医院护理人员工作应激及相关因素调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解目前华东地区军队医院护理人员的工作应激状况,分析其相关因素。方法对华东地区军队医院1 517名护理人员进行工作应激以及相关问题的问卷调查,并分析影响因素。结果 50.56%的护士处于高应激水平,不同等级医院护理人员的工作应激状况存在差异,其中三级乙等医院的护理人员中高应激者比例最高,占66.81%。年龄、学历、就业状况、与病人发生口角或纠纷、科室主任对护理工作支持程度、科室工作氛围6个因素与护理人员工作应激的产生密切相关。结论目前华东地区军队医院护理人员工作应激状况较严重,应针对工作应激的影响因素,采取综合的措施,预防和减少工作应激。 Objective To investigate the status and relating factors of work stress among nursing staff in military hospital in east China. Methods A total of 1 517 nurses in military hospital in east China were investigated by a questionnaire about work stress and its relating factors. Results 50.56% nurses were in high - level work stress. The percentage of high work stress in Grade B Class Three hospital was 66.81% which was higher than others. And there were other six factors that affected the status of work stress ,including age, educational level, employment status, situation of altercation or dispute with patients, support provided by departments director,departments work atmosphere. Conclusion Work stress situation of nursing staff in military hospital in east China is serious. According to the relating factors,we should adopt comprehensive measures to reduce work stress.
