摘要
目的了解和分析护理专业学生专业思想状况及其影响因素,为建立一套科学的、有针对性的护理专业思想教育方案提供依据。方法采用自行设计问卷对139名护理专业学生进行调查。结果 43.89%的护理专业学生是迫于就业压力选择护理专业,82.73%的护理专业学生对护理专业的了解存在着局限性和片面性。结论学校应重视专业思想教育,充分发挥教师的榜样作用,帮助护理专业学生正确认识护理专业,引导学生树立对护理专业积极正向的情感,使学生体验护理职业的崇高。
Objective To investigate nursing students' professional attitude and influencing factors to provide evidence - based information for developing a scientific and specific nursing ideological education program. Method A survey was conducted in 139 nursing students with a self - designed questionnaire. Results About half of nursing students selected nursing as their major under the pressure of employment. The results showed that nursing students understood the major of nursing one - sidedly and narrow - mindedly. Conclusion Schools should pay more attention to the ideological education of nursing. Teachers should act as a role mode/ to help students understand nursing specialty better and establish positive affection on nursing science.
