摘要
目的对人工授精助孕患者实施人性化服务,提高护理质量。方法改善就医环境,提高护理人员素质,开展循序渐进的健康教育。结果人性化服务实施后患者满意度、健康教育覆盖率比实施前显著提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论人性化服务可以提高患者满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of humanized services among patients receiving artifical insemination. Methods Humanized services,including improvement of clinical environments,increase of nurses' quality, and carting out health care education step by step, were implemented. Results Patients' satisfaction and coverage rate of health education increased significantly than before. Conclusion Humanized service can increase patients' satisfaction.
